Newton Trustees of the Trust Funds
Public Meeting Minutes
May 27, 2014
Newton’s Trustees of the Trust Funds met on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 a 6:45 pm in the Newton Town Hall. Present were: Lynne Camp, Mary M. Allen and Joseph Simone.
The following items were discussed:
1. Review and approval of 2013 Minutes
2. Nomination were open on the floor for the position of Chairman. Mary Allen motioned that Joe
Simone be nominated. Seconded by Lynne Camp. Vote unanimously.
3 .Re-affirmation of Investment policy. A discussion of the Trustees’ money management statement and banking issues led to the following motions:
1. On a motion by Mary Allen, with a second by Lynne Camp, to re-affirm the Trustees’ money management statement, unanimous vote.
4. Reviewed the Quarterly bulletin from Mackenen & Company.
5. Lynne and Joe are scheduled and confirmed to attend the Trustee of Trust fund Seminar in Concord on June 11th.
6. Lynne Discussed the MS 9 & 10 form and the progress she has made in completing the project.
7. Adjourn 6:57 PM.
